Acordo Citadino, Lda., only processes the personal data strictly necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to enter into, manage and execute contracts arising from its own activity, organization and internal management, for example, risk management and combating fraud.
RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT
Acordo Citadino, Lda. is the entity responsible for collecting and processing the USER’s personal data, deciding the categories of data collected, how they are processed and the purposes for which they are used.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES (THIRD PARTIES AND SUBCONTRACTORS)
Acordo Citadino, Lda. may resort to third parties for the provision of certain services, in terms of maintenance, technical support or marketing, and these may have access to some of the personal data, namely, the data necessary for the contracted purposes.

If data transfers to third countries that do not belong to the European Union or the European Economic Area may occur, Acordo Citadino, Lda. will comply with the legislation, namely with regard to the suitability of the country of destination with regard to the protection of personal data and the requirements that apply to these transfers, personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of security and protection.
